Spiritual Multipliers
Discipleship has always been quite a challenge in recent times for our campus students. We realized that discipleship in recent years has been done with too little intentionality and vision. To help our student campus disciplers, we called them “Spiritual Multipliers” to convey the vision that we hope to see them multiply their lives into others.
Tips For New Pastors

No Burning Out
Sitting with somebody that is dying can be a difficult thing. It is something that most young pastors are not prepared for so they have no way to process it in their mental grid when it happens at a new church. So it is important to put yourself in these situations before they actually happen. Go to a nursing home and begin pastoring.
